이용약관

이 약관은 Dongwook Chan이 운영하는 개인용 업무 도우미 Dong Personal Assistant의 이용 조건을 설명합니다.

1. 서비스와 이용 대상

앱은 gws, 자동화 및 사용자가 선택한 AI 도구를 이용해 Google 계정의 메일·일정·할 일·파일·문서 관련 작업을 돕습니다. 계정 소유자 본인을 위한 개인용 도구이며, 일반 사용자의 가입이나 유료 구독을 제공하지 않습니다. 이 웹사이트는 소개 및 정책 문서를 게시합니다.

2. 계정 연결과 권한

앱 연결은 Google OAuth의 권한 동의를 통해 이루어집니다. 사용자는 본인 소유 또는 정당한 이용 권한이 있는 계정만 연결해야 하며, 필요한 범위의 권한을 승인할 수 있습니다. 실제 기능은 승인한 권한, Google API의 제공 범위와 서비스 제한에 따라 달라집니다.

사용자는 Google 계정의 연결 관리에서 권한을 철회해 추가 접근을 중단할 수 있습니다. 인증 만료나 보안 정책 변경으로 재연결이 필요할 수 있습니다.

3. 작업 요청과 자동화

앱은 사용자가 지시하거나 승인한 작업을 처리합니다. 메일 발송, 파일 공유, 일정 초대, 삭제 및 편집은 실제 계정과 다른 사람에게 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 사용자는 요청 대상과 범위를 명확히 지정해야 합니다. 지속적으로 실행되는 자동화는 사용자가 정한 범위와 조건에 따릅니다.

AI가 생성한 요약·분석·초안에는 오류나 누락이 있을 수 있습니다. 중요한 업무에 사용하는 결과는 사용자가 확인해야 합니다.

4. 허용되는 이용과 제한

앱은 적법한 개인 업무 관리에 이용해야 합니다. 권한 없는 계정·데이터 접근, 스팸 발송, 보안 제한 우회, 제삼자의 권리 침해 또는 Google 정책에 위반되는 작업에 이용해서는 안 됩니다. Google 및 연결한 서비스의 약관과 사용 제한도 적용됩니다.

5. 개인정보와 외부 서비스

Google 데이터의 접근·사용·저장·공유·삭제 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다. 사용자가 선택한 AI·자동화 서비스를 사용하는 경우 작업에 필요한 데이터가 해당 제공자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 각 제공자의 처리 조건과 계정 설정도 적용됩니다.

6. 제공 상태와 변경

앱은 개인용으로 현재 제공 가능한 상태에서 운영됩니다. Google API, 네트워크, AI 제공자 또는 운영 환경의 변경으로 기능이 제한되거나 중단될 수 있으며, 무중단 제공이나 모든 처리 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 앱은 Google이 공식 지원하거나 보증하는 서비스가 아닙니다.

기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 관련 안내와 정책을 갱신합니다. 변경된 권한이나 데이터 사용에 별도의 동의가 필요한 경우 이를 받은 뒤 해당 기능을 사용합니다.

7. 이용 종료와 문의

사용자는 앱의 사용과 자동화를 중단하고 Google 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 로컬 인증정보, 저장된 처리 결과와 기록의 삭제는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 진행합니다.

Dong Personal Assistant is a private, single-user productivity tool operated by Dongwook Chan. It uses gws, automation and owner-selected AI tools to perform authorized Google email, calendar, task, file and document operations. It offers no public registration or paid subscription.

Connect only an account you own or are authorized to use, and grant the permissions needed for your tasks. Functionality depends on granted permissions and provider limits. You may revoke access in your Google Account settings; expiration or policy changes may require reconnection.

The app performs tasks the owner requests or approves. Sending messages, sharing files, issuing invitations, editing and deleting data can affect real accounts and recipients. Specify the intended scope and review important AI-generated outputs for errors. Approved ongoing automation operates within the owner's instructions.

Use the app lawfully and comply with Google and other connected providers' terms. Unauthorized access, spam, security bypasses and infringement are prohibited. Data handling and provider sharing are described in the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided as available for personal use. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed, and provider or infrastructure changes may interrupt features. It is not officially supported or endorsed by Google. Material changes are reflected in the relevant notices and policies; additional consent is obtained when required. You may stop use and automation, revoke access, and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
