개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 Dongwook Chan이 운영하는 개인용 앱 Dong Personal Assistant와 이 안내 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

1. 접근하는 Google 데이터

앱은 Google OAuth를 통해 사용자가 동의한 권한 범위에서만 데이터에 접근합니다. 작업에 따라 Gmail의 메시지·첨부파일·라벨·메타데이터, Calendar의 일정·참석자 정보, Tasks의 할 일, Drive의 파일·폴더·공유 정보와 Docs·Sheets 등의 문서 내용에 접근할 수 있습니다. 계정 식별에 필요한 이메일 주소나 기본 프로필 정보도 승인한 권한에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.

실제 접근 범위는 Google 동의 화면에 표시된 권한과 사용자의 요청으로 결정됩니다. 앱은 Google 계정 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터의 사용 목적

데이터는 사용자가 요청한 메일 검색·정리·작성·발송, 일정 및 할 일 관리, 파일 검색·문서 편집, 관련 요약과 개인 업무 자동화를 수행하기 위해 사용합니다. 계정 소유자가 승인한 자동화는 저장된 갱신 토큰을 이용해 사용자가 접속하지 않은 동안에도 실행될 수 있습니다.

접근한 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 타기팅, 신용 평가, 범용 AI 모델 학습을 위한 데이터셋 제작에 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 저장과 보안

gws의 OAuth 인증정보와 토큰 캐시는 운영자 관리 환경에 저장되며, 현재 gws 설정은 저장된 인증정보를 암호화합니다. 처리 결과, 다운로드한 파일, 작업 기록과 AI 대화 기록은 해당 작업에 사용하는 운영자 관리 기기·서버 또는 선택한 서비스에 보관될 수 있습니다.

인증정보는 공개 웹사이트나 소스 저장소에 게시하지 않습니다. 네트워크 통신에는 HTTPS 등 암호화된 연결을 사용하고, 저장 데이터는 접근 권한을 제한합니다. 모든 작업 결과가 동일한 방식으로 암호화되어 저장된다고 보장하지는 않습니다.

보관 기간은 작업의 목적과 연결한 서비스의 설정에 따라 달라지며, 운영자가 업무에 필요하지 않게 된 데이터는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 백업과 서비스 제공자의 기록은 해당 보관 주기에 따라 삭제됩니다.

4. 공유와 AI 보조 처리

사용자가 AI 요약·분석·초안 작성 등 AI 보조 작업을 요청하면, 그 작업에 필요한 Google 데이터와 처리 결과가 사용자가 선택한 AI·자동화 제공자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 전송된 데이터에는 해당 제공자의 처리 조건 및 계정의 기록·보관·학습 설정이 적용됩니다. 앱 자체는 이를 범용 AI 모델 학습용 데이터로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하지 않습니다.

메일 발송, 파일 공유, 일정 초대처럼 사용자가 지시한 작업에서는 지정한 수신자나 참여자에게 관련 데이터가 전달됩니다. 그 외의 전달은 사용자에게 보이는 기능의 제공, 보안 문제 대응 또는 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. Google 계정 데이터는 이 공개 안내 사이트에 표시하지 않습니다.

5. 연결 철회와 삭제

Google 계정의 서드 파티 연결 관리에서 언제든 앱의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한 철회는 이미 저장된 파일·작업 기록을 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다. gws의 로그아웃 기능으로 로컬 인증정보를 제거할 수 있으며, 저장 데이터·처리 결과·작업 기록의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

Google 서비스에 이미 발송된 메일, 공유된 파일이나 생성된 일정은 해당 서비스에서 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 연결한 AI 제공자에 남은 기록은 해당 서비스의 삭제 기능과 보관 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 이 웹사이트의 방문 정보

이 사이트는 Cloudflare Pages에서 정적 파일로 제공하며, 회원가입, 광고 또는 자체 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. Cloudflare가 HTTPS 전달·네트워크 운영·보안을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 정보와 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 안내 사이트에는 Google 계정의 데이터나 인증정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 방문 정보로 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

7. Google 데이터의 제한적 사용

Dong Personal Assistant의 Google API 데이터 사용과 다른 서비스로의 전달은 Google API Services User Data Policy 및 그 안의 Limited Use 요구사항을 따릅니다. 정책 변경으로 데이터 사용 범위가 달라지는 경우 이 방침을 갱신하고, 필요한 동의를 받은 뒤 변경된 처리를 시작합니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 6, 2026. Dong Personal Assistant is a private productivity app operated by Dongwook Chan.

Access and use

The app accesses only Google data covered by the permissions the account owner grants. Depending on the task, this may include Gmail messages, attachments, labels and metadata; Calendar events and attendees; Tasks; Drive files and sharing information; Docs and Sheets content; and authorized account identification information. Data is used for requested email operations, scheduling, task management, document work, summaries and personal automation. Approved automation may run while the owner is offline. The app does not collect Google passwords.

Storage and sharing

OAuth credentials and token caches are stored in the operator's environment; the current gws configuration encrypts saved credentials. Files, outputs, task logs and AI conversation history may remain on operator-managed devices or servers and selected services. Retention depends on the task and service settings. Credentials are not published on this website or in source repositories. Encrypted transport and restricted access are used, but this policy does not claim that every output is encrypted at rest.

When the owner requests AI-assisted work, the necessary data may be processed by the owner's selected AI or automation provider under that provider's terms and account retention and training settings. Requested messages, invitations and file sharing transfer data to designated recipients. Other transfers are limited to providing visible, authorized features, security needs or legal obligations. Google account data is not displayed on this public website, sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or compiled by this app into general-purpose AI training datasets.

Revocation and deletion

Revoke access at Google Account connections. Revocation does not delete existing copies. Local credentials can be removed through gws logout. Contact the operator to request deletion of retained data and logs. Backups and provider-side records follow their retention cycles; sent messages, shared files and events must also be managed in the relevant services.

Website and Limited Use

This informational website is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages, with no registration, advertisements or custom analytics. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs to deliver and secure the website. Google account data and credentials are not stored on this informational website. Website visits do not access Google account data. The app follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules, when using or transferring Google API data. Material changes are disclosed here and require renewed consent where applicable.
